Laura Wilson
Laura moved to Nashville in 2002 after working at premiere restaurants in Chatanooga, Tennessee, as well as seven plus years in New Orleans, including a position as Executive Chef for the Brennan's acclaimed Red Fish Grill. Shortly after moving to Nashville, Laura and Kim met at a local restaurant by chance and this eventually led to Laura making a decision to come on as the chef of the Wild Iris.
