The Nashville Rage reviews the Ombi Bar:
On Elliston, there’s a haven for discerning drinkers at Ombi
”...The bar boasts what’s perhaps Nashville’s densest thicket of rye whiskey outside of a liquor store, with more choices of the rare earthy spirit than most bars have of Scotch. (Speaking of which, their list in that department is comprehensive as well.) The Manhattan gets the rye treatment here, and thus gains a Northeastern flair — rye whiskey has a rich pre-Prohibition history rooted up north and in Canada — rather than the familiar bourbon bite.”
